  • Smoked Ham on the Bone 8 pieces
  • White bread 8 pieces
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Step 2

Remove the crumb from 4 slices of bread.

Step 3

Place the whole ones on a baking sheet, add the ham on top, and then place the crusts of the bread without the crumb on top.

Step 4

Place the tomatoes in the holes and pour the egg over them.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper, then place in the oven until cooked through.
