Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet 15 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Minced garlic 1 clove
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Oregano a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice half of the red and half of the green bell pepper into thin strips and sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil. You can immediately add half of a small finely chopped onion to the vegetables.

Step 2

Place the salmon in a baking dish lightly greased with vegetable oil. Top with 2 tomatoes sliced into small pieces and the prepared pepper sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with the minced garlic clove. You can add 1 bay leaf and oregano.

Step 3

Now cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 180–390°F for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the salmon from the oven, serve on individual plates, and sprinkle with dill. Serve with boiled potatoes, lettuce leaves, and basil.
