- Sushi Rice 5 oz
- Canned Crabs 0 oz
- Avocado 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed 1 piece
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Wasabi 0 oz
- Tobiko Caviar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Evenly spread the rice on the nori seaweed.
Step 2
Evenly distribute the cream cheese and wasabi using a spoon.
Step 3
Peel the avocado, slice it thinly, and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Using a bamboo mat, roll it into a classic roll. Cut into 5 equal pieces.
Step 5
Shred the crab meat and mix it with mayonnaise. Place this mixture on top of each piece.
Step 6
Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 320°F for 6–7 minutes. Top with tobiko caviar.
