Baked Potatoes with Yogurt Sauce and Herbs

You can also grill the potatoes over coals and serve with the sauce.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- 10% cream 5 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Chopped Green Onions 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Pierce the potatoes in several places with a fork and wrap them in foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 1 hour until soft (depending on size).
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the sour cream, yogurt, parsley, green onions, mustard, a bit of salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the potatoes on plates, slightly unwrap the foil, and mash the tops with a fork. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
