- Young Red Potatoes 0 lbs
- Coarse Sea Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Italian herbs to taste

Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Line a large baking sheet with several layers of aluminum foil. Brush the foil with a small amount of vegetable oil using a silicone brush.
Step 3
Thoroughly wash the potatoes (a brush works best) and cut them into quarters.
Step 4
Arrange the potatoes in rows on the baking sheet, generously sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with vegetable oil (in a thin stream) and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Step 5
Bake for 40-50 minutes in the oven (+5 minutes at the end on the broil setting to brown the potatoes nicely).
