Ingredients
- Garlic 4 heads
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Cut the tops off the garlic heads slightly to expose the cloves, wrap each in foil, lightly drizzle with olive oil, and place on a baking sheet. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Poke them in several places with a fork. Place them on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, until the garlic flesh and potatoes are soft.
Step 4
Make a small cut in the potatoes and slightly mash the flesh.
Step 5
Squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl and mix with a small amount of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Place a small amount of the garlic paste on the potatoes and serve immediately.
