You can use another soft cheese or sour cream instead of feta cheese.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Dill ½ bunch
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut into slices. Rub with salt.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place the potatoes on it.
Step 3
Bake the potatoes until golden brown for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 4
Finely chop the dill. In a bowl, blend the cheese and mix it with the dill.
Step 5
Serve hot.
