Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Bacon 10 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Brandy ¼ cup
- Green peppercorns 1 tablespoon
- Cream (40%) 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the green peppercorns in a bowl and cover with cold water.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Prick them several times with a fork and place them in the oven for about 1 hour until soft.
Step 3
Heat a skillet well, add finely chopped bacon and thinly sliced mushrooms. Sauté until soft and golden brown.
Step 4
Pour in the brandy and carefully ignite it. Once the flames go out, add the green peppercorns. Then pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Slightly open the potatoes, place a piece of butter in each, and drizzle with the sauce on top.
