  • New Potatoes 20 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Medium-dry sherry ¼ cup
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes well and, without peeling (if they are young), slice them into rounds. Arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with sherry and spread softened butter on top.

Step 3

Bake for 30–40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.

Step 4

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
