- Butter 6 tablespoons
- New Potatoes 5 lbs
- Parsley 1 bunch

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Place the softened butter in a small baking dish, or 2 small ones, and grease well.
Step 3
The potatoes should be small, about 12 pieces. Place them on a work surface and cut them in half lengthwise. Place a parsley leaf on each cut side and sprinkle with salt on top.
Step 4
Place the potatoes cut side down in the prepared dish, sprinkle with salt again, and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
