Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Swiss Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes well, dry them, poke several times with a fork, and wrap them in foil. Place in the oven for about 1 hour until cooked through.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out some of the flesh, leaving a small amount.
Step 4
Transfer the flesh to a bowl and mix with finely chopped ham, half of the grated cheese, 0.3 cup of green onions, sour cream, and black pepper.
Step 5
Fill the potato halves with the mixture.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix the remaining grated cheese and green onions. Sprinkle on top of the potatoes, transfer to a baking sheet, and place under the broiler for 4 minutes until golden brown.
