Description

Mushrooms can certainly be stuffed in various ways, but that's a different story. We love these simply seasoned natural mushrooms alongside meat. Of course, they can also be grilled — they turn out wonderfully.

Ingredients

  • Porcini Mushrooms 6 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the large mushrooms (this can easily be done by hand). Carefully trim the stems.

Step 2

Make the marinade: mix 90 ml of olive oil, 30 ml of balsamic vinegar, garlic, and a little brown sugar.

Step 3

Turn the mushrooms upside down, brush them well with the marinade, and pour the remaining marinade over the stems and mushrooms — ideally, let them marinate for about 20 minutes, but you can cook them right away.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with oil, carefully place the mushrooms, lightly salt and pepper them, and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven (390°F) in convection mode for 15–20 minutes.
