Description

This is a wonderful appetizer for wine or even a side dish for meat. The plums should be meaty, and the pit should come out easily. You can use any nuts. Brie or Camembert cheese — any cheese with noble white mold. Use salt and sugar sparingly to preserve the natural flavor of the plums.
