Ingredients
- Pears 4 pieces
- Butter 1 piece
- Spices ½ teaspoon
- Honey 0 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Cut the pears in half lengthwise, remove the cores, then place a small piece of butter on top and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Place the pears in a shallow baking dish, then roast for 5 minutes until they become soft. Meanwhile, heat the honey in a large bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the cornflakes and nuts.
Step 2
Take the pears out of the oven, then top with the cornflakes. Bake for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes, serve warm with vanilla or yogurt ice cream.
