  • Fresh Champignon Mushrooms 20 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Fresh rosemary 1 sprig
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Rinse the small champignon mushrooms, dry them with a paper towel, and place them in a bowl.

Step 3

Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and spread on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, stirring after 10 minutes of baking.

Step 5

In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter and cook it for about 3–4 minutes until it turns nutty brown. Add the minced garlic and the sprig of rosemary. Add the baked mushrooms and stir. Remove from heat.

Step 6

Squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and drizzle over the mushrooms, mixing well. Serve warm as an appetizer with meat.
