- Sour Cream 5 oz

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, cut the large ones, and leave the small ones whole. Sauté until cooked with fat, onion, and 100 ml of water.
Step 2
Reduce the sauce, add salt and pepper to the mushrooms, and mix. Place in a baking dish, pour with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with sautéed grated bread, drizzle with butter, place in the oven, and bake.
