Ingredients

  • Morels 0 lbs
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and separate the stems from the caps.

Step 2

Turn the caps upside down and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Add salt.

Step 4

Place a small piece of butter in each cap, and on top (very carefully, without spilling onto the baking sheet) add a little cheese.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
