Ingredients
- Lobster tails 10 pieces
- Béchamel sauce to taste
- Butter to taste
- Tarragon 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil small lobsters the size of a medium crab for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut them in half lengthwise, place in a saucepan or skillet cut side up, drizzle the cut surface with béchamel sauce, and bake in the oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cooked lobster on a plate cut side up, add a few pieces of butter on the meat, and garnish with a small sprig of tarragon.
