Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lavash into squares measuring 15 cm.
Step 2
For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, crush the garlic in a garlic press, and finely chop the herbs (dill, parsley). Mix with the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Place the filling on the lavash and fold it into an envelope.
Step 4
Place the lavash on a baking sheet and bake in a roaster for 5 minutes (you can also bake in the oven or fry in a pan with vegetable oil).
