Description

About the filling quantity: in this recipe, you can either make one very fluffy roll using all the filling or divide it into two (that is, use two sheets of lavash), which is better because it gets eaten up instantly by guests, and you have another one in reserve!

Ingredients

  • Armenian Lavash 1 piece
  • Smoked Chicken 15 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese 10 oz
  • Mayonnaise 15 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop or blend the champignon mushrooms and onion, then sauté (add salt and a pinch of sugar).

Step 2

Shred or finely chop the grilled chicken.

Step 3

Grate the cheese.

Step 4

Lay the lavash on the table, spread half of it with mayonnaise, place the chicken on the mayonnaise-covered half, and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5

Then cover the mayonnaise-covered half (which already has chicken) with the uncoated half, like a book, spread with mayonnaise again, distribute the sautéed mushrooms with onions, and sprinkle with cheese on top.

Step 6

Roll it up and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 7

In a bowl, mix the egg with mayonnaise (to taste) and brush the roll.

Step 8

Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
