
Baked Golden Potatoes with Spicy Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- Watercress 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Olive Oil 1.5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the yogurt, watercress, mayonnaise, finely chopped green onion, basil, mint, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and blend well. Chill.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them. Without peeling, cut each into 4 pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for about 35-50 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
Step 4
Serve with the chilled sauce.
