Ingredients
- Milk 2 glasses
- Gomiti pasta (curls) 10 oz
- Wheat Flour ¼ glasses
- Onion 1 tablespoon
- Ground Breadcrumbs 1 glass
- Cheshire Cheese 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the milk, flour, and onion salt until smooth.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the milk mixture along with 3.5 cups of grated cheese, reserving 1 cup of grated cheese. Mix well.
Step 4
Place the pasta in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the remaining grated cheese. Top with pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
