
Baked Gnocchi with Smoked Ham and Zucchini in Cheese Sauce

- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Gnocchi 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the sliced ham and sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then add the zucchini sliced into thin rounds and sauté for another 2 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, boil the gnocchi in boiling water until cooked. Drain and add to the ham and zucchini. Mix and pour the cheese sauce over.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve immediately with a green salad, fresh tomatoes, and basil.
