Description
If the sausages are salty or smoked, no need for salt and pepper. If they are fresh, sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper so the eggs are well-seasoned.

- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sausages 2 pieces
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease a dish to fit the sausages (like a herring dish) with butter. Place the sausages (2 sausages on the sides) and pour in 2 eggs (without breaking the yolks). Sprinkle paprika beautifully over the eggs, between the sausages.
Step 2
Carefully place the dish in a preheated oven (390°F) for 5–10 minutes.
