- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Canned White Asparagus 8 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Generously grease 2 small pudding molds with butter. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Place 4 artichokes in each mold and crack 1 egg on top, being careful not to break the yolk. Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for about 9 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is golden. Serve immediately.
