- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Marinara sauce 15 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz

Slice the eggplants into thin strips lengthwise, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes.

Rinse the eggplants under cold water and dry them well.

Preheat the grill and cook the eggplant slices until golden brown on both sides for 3-4 minutes, or place them in the oven under the broiler for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Preheat the oven to 355°F.
