- Eggplants 10 oz
- Adjika 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the eggplant in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 20 minutes (the eggplant should become soft).

Remove the skin from the cooked eggplant, leaving the stem.
