  • Fresh basil leaves a pinch

  • Paprika a pinch
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step 1

Wash the eggplant and cut it into thick sticks.

Step 2

Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and spices.

Step 3

Beat the egg, add water, and mix.

Step 4

Dip the cut eggplant in the egg and coat it with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.

Step 5

Place the coated eggplant sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put in a preheated oven at 390°F. Bake for about 15 minutes.
