
Baked Cheese Pancakes with Chocolate Chips

Description
Chocolate chips can be replaced with an equal amount of chopped chocolate.
Ingredients
- Dry Curd 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 0 oz
- Condensed Milk to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, beat in the egg, add yogurt and powdered sugar, and mix with a mixer on low speed.
Step 2
Sift in the cornstarch and semolina, pour in the vanilla extract, and mix again until smooth.
Step 3
Add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, stir, and place into muffin molds (up to the middle), lightly greased with oil (silicone molds can be left ungreased).
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 35-40 minutes (note: if you have an electric oven, you will likely need less time. I think about 25 minutes).
Step 5
Pour a small amount of condensed milk onto a plate, place the pancakes on top, and serve with fragrant tea or coffee!
