
Baked Camembert with Honeysuckle

Description
This appetizer pairs wonderfully with both white and red wine. Additionally, the dish is perfect with black tea infused with aromatic herbs. An ideal serving suggestion is with toasted slices of baguette.
Ingredients
- Camembert cheese 5 oz
- Honeysuckle 5 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 teaspoon
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Toasted Sesame ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a baking dish with foil, shiny side up.
Step 2
Place the camembert on the foil.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil on top.
Step 4
Mix the oil with the herbes de Provence on the cheese.
Step 5
Send it to a preheated oven at 355°F for 12–13 minutes.
Step 6
Place the honeysuckle in a bowl.
Step 7
Mash the berries with a spoon.
Step 8
Once the camembert is ready, carefully remove it from the oven.
Step 9
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with salt.
Step 10
Spread the cheese with the mashed berries.
Step 11
Make deep cuts on top and add the remaining berries around the cheese.
Step 12
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve immediately.
