
Baked Camembert with Garlic

You can sprinkle with chili pepper or Provençal herbs. Serve with your favorite bread and a glass of wine.
Ingredients
- Camembert cheese 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Slice the garlic into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the top off the Camembert, then insert the garlic slices into the cheese (to taste).
Step 4
Sprinkle a little sea salt and ground black pepper on top.
Step 5
Place in the oven on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the top starts to turn golden.
