Baked Camembert with Celery
Appetizers • French
Description
Camembert cheese should be eaten while warm, otherwise it will start to set. It’s very convenient to dip pieces of celery speared on a fork into it. This is undoubtedly a wonderful appetizer for white French wine, but a light rosé will also be quite fitting.

- Herbs de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Celery 5 stalks
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
