Baked broccoli with garlic and parmesan
Ingredients
- Broccoli 1⅖ kg
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the chopped broccoli and cook for 3 minutes until tender. Quickly transfer to an ice bath and then drain.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown. Then add the broccoli, mix well, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the broccoli in it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
