- Brie cheese 10 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Remove the rind from the cheese and cut it into small cubes, then transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, thyme, and a bit of pepper. Transfer to a small ovenproof dish (the dish should be full, as the volume of the cheese will decrease during cooking).
Step 4
Bake for 20–30 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
