
Baked Beetroot with Cheese

It is best to use young beetroots that are not too large.
Ingredients
- Beetroot 2 pieces
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream 0 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the beetroots, wrap each in foil, place in the oven at 390°F for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on their size. Check for doneness with a skewer.
Step 2
Make the sauce: mix olive oil, juice of half a lemon, two teaspoons of honey, balsamic sauce, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
Step 3
Slice the beetroot thinly (the thinner, the better). Arrange beautifully on a plate, take the goat cheese and creatively scatter it over the beetroot.
Step 4
Drizzle everything with the sauce and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
