Ingredients

  • Semolina 5 tablespoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Butter 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix sour cream with semolina in a large bowl. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

Add cottage cheese, yolks, sugar, soft butter, baking powder, and vanilla sugar (if desired). Mix well. The batter should have the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 3

Grease muffin molds with butter and fill them with the batter.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
