Baked Adyghe cheese
Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Pickled garlic 2 cloves
- Ocean salt to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Thyme 1 sprig
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into small cubes and place them in a baking dish.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes in cool water.
Step 3
Add them to the cheese.
Step 4
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 5
Season with dried basil and thyme leaves.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Add the garlic.
Step 7
Salt to taste.
Step 8
Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 390°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 355°F, and bake for another 5–10 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 10
Let it cool slightly and serve.
