- Butternut Squash 2 pieces
- Maple syrup 4 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 3
Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Step 4
In each half, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 0.5 tablespoons of butter.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes until the squash is tender.
