Bacon-Wrapped Vegetable Bundles
Ingredients
- Parsnip 6 pieces
- Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 6 pieces
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 bunch
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 8 slices
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the vegetables into thin long strips and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes until partially cooked. Drain and dry.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar until they caramelize. Sprinkle with spices.
Step 4
Wrap a small amount of vegetables and a sprig of cumin in each slice of bacon to form bundles.
Step 5
Place the bundles on parchment paper, brush with oil, and roast for 20 minutes.
