Bacon-Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Stilton Cheese

- Pitted olives 24 pieces
- Bacon 12 slices
- Stilton Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Soak 24 toothpicks in cold water for 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Slice the dates in half lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom. Place a small amount of crumbled cheese inside each date, close the dates, and wrap them in pieces of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 4
Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
