
Baba Ganoush with Sesame

Description
In addition to eggplants, you can add cheese, yogurt, bell peppers, fried onions, and stewed meat, creating a new appetizer or side dish each time.
Ingredients
- Eggplants 4 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pierce the eggplants with a fork or knife in several places.
Step 2
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for half an hour.
Step 3
When they are ready, scoop out the flesh, being careful not to burn yourself — or let them cool and scoop out the flesh when the eggplants are cold. The less purple skin that ends up in the dish, the better: only the flesh is needed.
Step 4
Add sesame seeds and garlic to the blender.
Step 5
Add lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 6
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 7
Blend everything in a blender.
Step 8
Add the eggplants.
Step 9
Add parsley.
Step 10
Blend everything into a smooth puree.
