- Avocado 2 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 0 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the avocado, dry it, cut it in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the flesh.
Step 2
Chop the flesh.
Step 3
Finely chop the pineapple and shrimp.
Step 4
Combine the avocado flesh, pineapple, and shrimp, add mayonnaise and brandy, and mix well.
Step 5
Fill the avocado skin with the resulting mixture.
