Avocado Snack on Chips
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Chips 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, slice the flesh, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and herbs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Blend the avocado flesh, onion, cheese, and herbs in a blender.
Step 3
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and mix with mayonnaise. Spread on the chips, and garnish with shrimp and herbs.
