Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Egg white 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill 1 sprig
- Red Caviar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Add yogurt, cream cheese, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
Step 3
Blend until smooth using a blender.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl.
Step 5
Dissolve the gelatin (instant) in warmed lemon juice with added water (for 2 tablespoons of gelatin — 3 tablespoons of water with lemon juice). Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then add it to the main mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Whip the egg white to a stiff foam and gradually fold it into the other ingredients, mixing gently each time.
Step 7
Carefully spoon the mixture into molds (or simply place it in any suitable dish).
Step 8
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 9
Serve, garnished with red caviar and a sprig of herbs.
