Avocado Halves Stuffed with Clams

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Canned Crabs 1 can
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder 1 tablespoon
- Ground Almonds 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch
- Red Curry Powder a pinch
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the avocados, dry them, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the pits.
Step 2
Sprinkle the cut surfaces of the avocado halves with lemon juice (1 teaspoon) to prevent the flesh from browning.
Step 3
Peel the grapefruit and separate it into segments.
Step 4
Place the grapefruit segments and clams on the avocado halves.
Step 5
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, ground almonds, remaining lemon juice, salt, white pepper, and curry powder.
Step 6
Top each avocado half with 1 tablespoon of the sauce.
Step 7
You can scoop out some of the avocado flesh with a teaspoon, chop it into small cubes, and mix it into the sauce at the end.
