Description

Sherry vinegar can be substituted with any other mild vinegar, such as raspberry or any berry vinegar. This slightly sweet dressing is perfect for salads made with radishes, arugula, watercress, and any other ingredients with a bit of bitterness. It can also be used as a dip.
