Aspic with Spicy Cherry Peppers
Ingredients
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Poultry 1 piece
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Pepperoni 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Peel and wash the onion.
Step 3
Wash and slice the cherry peppers into rounds.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the spicy pepper.
Step 5
Place the vegetables in a pot, add salt and spices.
Step 6
Wash and dry the chicken. Separate the meat from the bones, chop finely, and add to the vegetables.
Step 7
Cut the bones and add them to the pot. Add water to cover the bones. Cook until the meat is done.
Step 8
Separate the broth from the meat and vegetables, and remove the bones.
Step 9
Mix a small portion of the broth with the gelatin. Stir well.
Step 10
Strain the broth with gelatin through a sieve lined with cheesecloth. Mix with the remaining broth.
Step 11
Separate the meat and vegetables and distribute them into bowls. Pour the broth over the meat and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with cherry peppers when serving.
