Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, chopped shallot, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender but slightly crisp. Rinse under cold water and dry.
Step 3
Cut each slice of ham into 4 strips. Wrap each asparagus piece in a strip of ham.
Step 4
In the bowl with the dressing, add the lettuce leaves, herbs, and halved grapes. Toss to combine. Arrange on a plate, top with the asparagus, and sprinkle with almonds.
