- Scallions 1 bunch
- Bacon 4 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Asparagus 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a small skillet, add finely chopped green onions, and sauté until soft for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add finely chopped bacon, cheese, and pepper.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil the asparagus in boiling water until tender for about 8 minutes. Drain and place on a serving dish. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture on top and serve immediately.
