Asparagus with Garlic and Lemon
Ingredients
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 teaspoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Asparagus 20 pieces
- Tarragon 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the egg hard.
Step 2
Place the asparagus in boiling water for a few minutes and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and cool. Arrange on 4 plates.
Step 3
In a pan, melt the butter and remove from heat. Add the garlic and juice from 1 lemon. Mix well and drizzle over the asparagus. Sprinkle with finely chopped egg, crushed tarragon, salt, and pepper to taste.
